Returns/Refunds

(Only for Online/Website Purchases)

(In-store purchases have different terms & conditions for returns/exchanges only, see our “In-store Return Policy”)


Our online return policy lasts 14 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange your jewelry item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the original security tag attached.  If the security tag has been removed the jewelry item will not be eligible for a refund/return/exchange.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Please call us or text us at 786-589-3076 to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) if you wish to return an item for a refund.  You can also email us at bosjewelers@gmail.com.

Additional not-returnable items: 

  • Gift Cards
  • Jewelry items sold under Clearance are not returnable and non-refundable.
  • Customized or special order jewelry items, jewelry items that have been engraved or sized cannot be returned.
  • Worn or damaged jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is not eligible for a refund.

Pre-Order Items Refund:  If you ordered one of our jewelry items as a pre-order, and wish to request a refund you must notify us by email bosjewelers@gmail.com or by calling / texting us at (786)589-3076 within 24 hours of placing your order online.  If more than 24 hours have elapsed from the time you placed the pre-order, you are not eligible for a refund until the stated time of 8-12 weeks has elapsed.  We reserve the right to decline a request for a refund if more than 24 hours from the initial pre-order have passed. Once the item pre-ordered has been fulfilled and we ship the item to you then you may request a refund and our Online Return Policy will apply.  Please read the rest of our Online Return Policy below for more details.  Please keep in mind the item must be returned within 14 Days from when you received our shipment. Please Note:  Pre-Order Items are not considered special orders.  Special orders are not-returnable and non-refundable. 

Free Gifts with Purchase:

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT WITH PURCHASE AND ARE RETURNING YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE OF A LESSER VALUE, YOU MUST RETURN YOUR GIFT WITH PURCHASE. IF GIFT WITH PURCHASE IS NOT RETURNED, THE AMOUNT OF THE GIFT ($10 OR $150 per free gift) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you request a RAC.  Please follow this protocol:

Return/Exchange Instructions:  We encourage our customers to always call or email us first if you wish to return for a refund or exchange our jewelry items. 

Please Note:  If you receive one of our jewelry items as a gift, and do not have the original receipt please call us first before coming in to exchange your jewelry piece and request a Return Authorization (follow the protocol below). (This will be the only exception to our Return/Exchange policy in which there will not be a receipt available).


  1. Return Authorization Code. Obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) from one of our customer service representatives by calling us at (305) 374-6950/ 786-589-3076 or emailing us at bosjewelers@gmail.com. Write this code on the original invoice/packing slip or package label if no receipt is available AND on the return shipping label. Any unauthorized (lacking RAC), improperly packaged, or uninsured packages will be returned to sender. 
  2. Return/Exchange at the Store.  If you are bringing the return/exchange in person with no receipt please bring the RAC Code given to you at the time of the call.  Please note the jewelry item must be in the original packaging and with security price tag attached. This applies to jewelry received as a gift only.
  3. Securely Package Your Return (Shipping Only). Include all original packaging and documentation. Please make a copy of the original invoice for your personal records. Failure to return any appropriate diamond/appraisal certificates delivered with your item will result in a $250 replacement charge.
  4. For security reasons, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box. Do not write “gems’ or “jewelry” on the label or outside contents of the box. Make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on top of the box.

  5. Insure Your Return. If the invoiced price is:
    1. Less than $500:  Ship via any mail carrier. Fully insure the shipment and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. B.O.S. Jewelers, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.
    2. More than $500:  Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered mail, insure for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for delivery confirmation. (FedEx and UPS will not insure shipments over $500.)  B.O.S. Jewelers, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.

Partial Refunds


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if shipping was free.  Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (this also includes return labels) as well as a handling fee of $10.

An Item Re-stocking Fee of 3% will be discounted from the return/refund amount.

A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund on items purchased through our “Pay-Over- Time” (Affirm) financing feature.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular reduced priced items may be refunded, unfortunately jewelry items bought under Clearance cannot be refunded. All Sales are final on Clearance items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange your jewelry item for another item of jewelry the same time frame and terms of conditions apply as for returns/refunds.  If more than 14 Days have passed your item will no longer be eligible for exchange.  We only replace items outside of these terms of conditions if they are defective or have evidence of a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at bosjewelers@gmail.com and send your item to: B.O.S. , Inc., 36 NE 1st Street, Suite 217, Miami FL 33132, United States.  In the instance of a defective item, we will also send you a return label, if requested, at no additional charge to you, if you exchange it for the same item or another item.  If you wish to request a refund rather than exchange the item we will deduct all shipping charges from the refund (including return label shipping charges).

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail/ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We will gladly issue a return label for you at your request, but the value of the return label will be deducted from your refund, in addition, to the original shipping costs that are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for jewelry items that get lost in transit during shipping.
