Limitations of Free Shipping discounts:
On special occasions (such as special holidays) and during extra savings sale promotions, we will offer free shipping on all our online purchases and on existing inventory. The following limitations apply: Free shipping will only be available during special holidays and advertised sale promotions, in which a discount code will be provided and/or combined with an additional discount. There will usually be a minimum purchase requirement of $100 unless otherwise stated and the shipping charge cannot be more than $39.00 in order for the shipping to be free, free shipping is limited to ground shipping only. On all returns, even if free shipping was provided, the amount of the shipping will be discounted from return amount. See our shipping policies below for more details.
After your order has been processed it will be packaged and shipped via UPS or FedEx. Your order will be shipped and fully insured. Once you receive the package we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering.
When will my order be shipped?
In stock items that are ready for delivery require 1-2 business day(s) for processing and packaging.
Items that need to be modified, sized, change of setting, engraved or mounted require 2-5 business days for processing and packaging.
Out of stock items would have to be manufactured and ordered and take 2-6 weeks. If there is an out of stock item you will be informed before the order is processed.
- If you place your order before cut off time (3:00pm Eastern time) on a regular business day –Monday thru Friday-your order will begin processing that day.
- If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin the following business day.
Delivery Fees and Details
The value of your delivery method is determined by the value of your order (before tax). We ship through UPS with insurance during transit. If you are offered free shipping for Ground shipping we provide the option to expedite your order for the difference of shipment.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
We require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS®. These requirements are for your protection.
Shipping to a Different Address than Your Billing Address
If you will not be home to sign for your package, BOS jewelers can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient location. As a security measure and for your protection against fraud, when your order is more than $1000 or more to be delivered to another location than your billing address, we will contact your credit card or financing company and confirm that they have the alternate shipping address on file. We recommend calling your issuing bank and providing them that alternate shipping address so orders can be expedited.
If you still cannot be available to sign for the package, or have someone else available to sign for your package; packages will be shipped automatically to a local UPS or FedEx location near you so you can sign for and pick up the package at your leisure.
All orders placed with BOS jewelers are insured and shipped via UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day or UPS Ground.
- BOS Jewelers only ships to street address. Not to a P.O. Box address.
- There are signature requirements for all deliveries.

Jewelry purchased from us will be packaged in a jewelry gift box. Some select items will arrive in a distinctive brown/golden box with champagne/white/brown ribbon, a black velvet box, or in a lacquered wooden box.
