The fraudulent websites also advertised unauthorized discounts of approximately 65% on products copied from our catalog and operated their own shopping carts and checkout pages, creating the false impression that customers were purchasing directly from B.O.S. Jewelers.

We are pleased to report that the fraudulent websites identified during this incident have been taken down.

We are extremely grateful to the organizations and service providers that assisted with our reports and helped bring these websites offline.

Although the known impersonating websites have been removed, fraudulent websites can reappear under new domain names. We therefore encourage our customers to always verify the website address before shopping or entering personal or payment information online.

One of the warning signs we identified during this incident was the use of extraordinary discounts of approximately 65% off products copied from our website.

If you encounter a website using the B.O.S. Jewelers name, photographs, or products while offering unusually large discounts that you do not see on bosjewelers.com, please do not enter your personal or payment information.

Instead, contact us directly so that we can verify whether the offer is legitimate.

If You Previously Used One of the Impersonating Websites

If you believe you entered personal or payment information on one of these unauthorized websites, we recommend that you contact your credit card issuer or financial institution, review your accounts for unauthorized activity, and change any password that you may also use on other websites.
