Although BOSJewelers.com site is constantly updated for accuracy purposes, some unintentional errors or discrepancies may occur, in which case we will inform you immediately. B.O.S Jewelers Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. B.O.S Jewelers Inc also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. B.O.S Jewelers Inc will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If an order is canceled after a credit card payment has been authorized, B.O.S Jewelers will return funds to said credit card in a timely manner. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. B.O.S Jewelers Inc reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer.

Sold Out Items

Please be advised that when items on our website appear as "Sold Out" the price stipulated for that item is the "old" price and the "old" price is not guaranteed, and if the item becomes available again the price stipulated while it was "Sold Out" will change and/or increase. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice once the item becomes available again.

Pricing of Existing Items

Please be advised that prices of our jewelry may change without notice. Factors that contribute to the prices changing are the market value of precious metals and gemstones. Therefore, prices will be affected on our website if the factors above change and these changes may happen without any notice. Prices of items kept in an open shopping cart on our website which has not been completed can change at any time without notice if the price of the item increases during that period of time which the shopping cart was kept open.

Sales Tax

Current US law requires that all applicable state sales tax is collected at the time of purchase. The exact tax will be displayed on your final invoice. Taxes are subject to change at any time.

Product Images

B.O.S Jewelers Inc has enhanced its picture technology to ensure that clients have a true and accurate depiction of the merchandise being offered. However, there are times where external computer monitors may lack the proper resolution or screen size. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color in each picture. Also, please note that some pictures have been enlarged to show detail in craftsmanship.
